Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Nuera Technologies Co., Ltd. (brand: NUERA, "we") collects, processes and uses the personal data you provide on this website.
Last updated: August 23, 2026
1. Purpose of collection
We collect personal data for a single purpose: to answer the enquiry you send through the contact form, and for business correspondence arising from it.
We do not use your data for anything else, do not sell or trade it to third parties, and do not use it for marketing.
2. What we collect
Contact form: your name, email address, company name (optional), enquiry topic and message.
To detect abuse and keep a compliance record, submitting the form also stores your IP address, browser user-agent string, referring URL, and the timestamp at which you consented to this policy.
Nothing else is collected. There are no user accounts, and we never ask for government ID numbers, bank accounts or any financial details.
3. Retention
Contact form submissions are kept for 24 months from the date of submission, after which they are deleted automatically.
You may ask us to delete them sooner at any point during that period.
4. Your rights
Under the Taiwan Personal Data Protection Act you may: ask what data we hold and review it, request a copy, request correction or completion, request that we stop collecting, processing or using it, and request deletion.
To exercise any of these, email service@nuera-tec.com. We will act on the request once we have verified your identity.
You may decline to provide your details, but we will then be unable to answer your enquiry.
5. Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how the site is used so we can improve its content and layout.
GA4 writes cookies to your browser. We do not load GA4 and do not write any analytics cookie until you have explicitly consented through the consent banner.
You can delete or block cookies through your browser settings at any time; this does not affect your ability to read the site.
We use no advertising cookies and share no browsing behaviour with ad networks.
6. Security
The whole site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are stored in a database we operate ourselves and are accessible only to staff who need them.
Form content never passes through a third-party form service.
7. Changes to this policy
Any change to this policy will be published on this page; we will not notify you individually.
